nice to meet you

Hola! I am Nayeli

Hello, I’m Nayeli Duncan—a bilingual, trauma-informed Licensed Professional Counselor and mental health advocate and therapist based in Goodyear, Arizona. I specialize in helping individuals and couples navigate anxiety, relational struggles, trauma, and life transitions with compassion, skill, and cultural sensitivity.

Life can feel overwhelming—balancing work, family, and your own emotional well-being can leave you feeling stuck, disconnected, or exhausted. Maybe you’re struggling with persistent anxiety, unresolved trauma, or challenges in your relationships that lead to anger, sadness, or a loss of purpose. If so, you’re not alone, and I’m here to help.

With a holistic and eclectic approach, I blend evidence-based therapies—including EMDR, Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)—with deep respect for your unique story and cultural background. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore and heal the root causes of your struggles, rebuild trust in yourself and others, and develop practical tools to thrive.

Whether you are a busy working mom, a first-generation Latinx professional, a biracial couple seeking connection, or someone ready to break free from trauma’s hold, I will walk alongside you with empathy and expertise. Together, we’ll cultivate emotional resilience, restore meaningful relationships, and help you live a life marked not just by surviving, but by thriving.
